This workshop focuses on three factors that make or break any collaboration initiative:  your business objectives, your program champion(s), and your organization's readiness for change. Your team will walk away with the tools to develop an adoption strategy, produce an action plan, and measure the results. 

How it works. The workshop consists of two five-hour sessions held on consecutive days and takes place at your location. Group size ranges from five to 15 or more attendees, and participants are the senior decision-makers who will spearhead your collaboration effort. Fast-paced and highly participatory, the agenda is roughly 75% interactive and 25% instructional. It's important to schedule this workshop well before your software launch: adoption strategy influences everything from system implementation and deployment to employee communications.
