Board of Directors Dr. Robert W. Kellemen is the founder of Indiana-based RPM Ministries, a departmental chair at the Capital Bible Seminary in Lanham, MD and a consultant for the American Association of Christian Counselors. Bob is also the author of three books, a national speaker and workshop facilitator, a high school wrestling coach and an avid sports fan. He earned his Ph.D. in counselor education from Kent State University.  Emma W. Morris heads The Morris Group in Atlanta, GA. She has held executive positions with IBM, Ernst & Whinney and Dun & Bradstreet Software and served as founding CEO for two technology companies subsequently acquired by Global 500 firms. An expert on rapid growth, merger integration and corporate change, Emma graduated cum laude from Emory University and earned an MBA in international marketing from the University of South Carolina.  Dr. Tom Burns is co-founder and CEO of SET Corporation in Arlington, VA. An entrepreneur and former Air Force officer, Tom pioneered the development of model-based signal and image technologies for military security at DARPA. He sits on the National Academy of Sciences Committee on Sensors and Communications for Special Operations and is a member of the Washington D.C. Capital Executive Board. Tom earned his Ph.D. in electrical engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology.  Scott Ryser is co-founder and CEO of Yakabod. He is a serial entrepreneur (Yakabod is his third company) whose corporate experience includes management positions with two national system integrators. He is the lead vocalist for the rock band milenine and a member of Business Executives for National Security. Scott earned an MSEE from The Johns Hopkins University and a BSEE from University of Akron.  Scott Williamson, Yakabod co-founder and CTO, is a 30-year technology veteran and Internet pioneer. His ongoing work with community-specific online collaboration is at the core of the Yakabod Knowledge Network. Scott raises a decent crop of organic asparagus, a few strawberries and abundant weeds on his farm in Virginia. The beehives are relegated to the garage now that he's passionate about designing and throwing pots.
