He is Executive Director of the Biblical Counseling Coalition and Executive Director of the Center for Church Equipping for the Association of Biblical Counselors. Bob has authored six books and more than 75 published articles. He is a national speaker and workshop facilitator, a high school wrestling coach and an avid sports fan. Previously he was co-founder and CEO of SET Corporation, a company specializing in smart sensing technologies and acquired by SAIC in 2010. The co-inventor of several patents, Tom also serves as Vice Chair of a National Academy of Sciences committee, sits on the Air Force Studies Board and is a member of the Washington D.C. Capital Executive Board. He has undergraduate degrees from The Ohio State University and earned his Ph.D. in electrical engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology. ![]() Scott Ryser is co-founder and CEO of Yakabod. He is a serial entrepreneur (Yakabod is his third company) whose corporate experience includes management positions with two national system integrators. He is the lead vocalist for the rock band milenine and a member of Business Executives for National Security.
