Five Core Values Guide Our Decisions and Our Priorities
These aren't rules we hand out to new employees with a parking pass: people join the team with these values intact, and our collective responsibility is to maintain an environment where they will thrive.
We didn’t come here simply to do a job. We’re pursuing a calling. There will be good days and tough days, but we're exactly where we want to be. We love our work because it taps into something deep in each of us and makes us each come alive.
We treat every person with respect, nurturing a culture where grace prevails. Each of us has unique talents, and every role in the organization receives equal regard. While God’s design for us is perfect, we all make choices that aren’t, so we're committed to creating an environment where accountability is expected but grace prevails and honor is extended.
Truth is not relative. Ethics are not situational. Integrity is not optional. As a corporation, we strive to uphold these standards. As employees, we have the authority and responsibility to make the right choice, even when it’s difficult.
We do the very best we can do. Then we strive to do even better. Everything we build—solutions, operations, relationships—is built to last.
We do what we say. Our actions are in keeping with our words. We’re not perfect, but we strive at all times to “practice what we preach.”
