Since our inception, Yakabod has been providing charitable donations to support programs that directly help people in need and support our community. Contributions are consistent with our core values. In addition to our corporate-designated giving, each employee is allocated a portion of our overall contributions to be given to the organization of their choice.

LYNX stands for Linking Youth to New Experiences and was developed to provide the opportunity for students to explore career aspirations in various industries. The program offers off-campus trips to tour corporations as well as brings speakers and mentors into the school to connect with students. LYNX gives students a great introduction to a variety of career options for better academic planning.
Techfrederick is an organization that works to identify, highlight, support, foster awareness of, advocate for, and develop Frederick’s growing high-tech community. They accomplish this through community education, programs, events as well as entrepreneurship training programs.
