Charles Finfrock was Tesla’s first Insider Threat Program Manager, where he launched and implemented their program in North America, Europe, and China. Prior to Tesla, Charles spent 18 years with the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) where he created and exploited insider threats in the hardest target countries and companies.
Charles has over 26 plus years of experience in national security, intelligence, counterintelligence, law enforcement, security operations, anti-money laundering, and supply chain security. Today he is the founder of Vigilance, where he leads a team of former intelligence officers, federal law enforcement officers, and members of the special operations community. This team provides a solutions-based organizational method providing private intelligence and counterintelligence services to address its clients’ concerns and challenges through innovative, discreet, and decisive solutions.
